Additional customer information on the electronic contract conclusion

How does the online contract conclusion work with us?
If you have found your desired product on our homepage, select it by clicking on the „Add to Cart“ button. A virtual shopping cart will then appear at the top right of the page to add the product you have selected. You have the option to cancel your entry in the shopping cart by clicking on the button „Quantity“ at any time. If all desired products are in your shopping cart, you can activate the order process by clicking on the button „Continue to Checkout“. You will then be shown all the products you have chosen, including all final prices.
In the following, a screen in which you must insert your address data appears and you have to select the payment and shipping method. If you are already registered as a customer, you only have to enter your user ID and password. In this case, your address data you already entered for an earlier ordering process appears. You can change this at any time by changing your data directly in the input mask.
A link to our general terms and conditions and our „Customer Information“ is available under the fields for the address data, which allows you to retrieve, save and print the terms of the contract and other necessary information. With a mouse click you confirm that you have read and understood the terms and conditions and the customer information. You have the option to print your order data.
The order can then be executed via the „Buy Now“ button. Hereby you give us a binding offer with regard to all goods in the shopping basket. We will immediately confirm receipt of your order with us. However, the confirmation of receipt does not constitute acceptance of your offer. We are entitled to accept the offer in your order within two weeks. For further information on the contract, please refer to our general terms and conditions.
Storage of the contract text and access for the customer
We store your order data and send it to you by email as well as our terms and conditions after conclusion of contract.
You can correct your entries at any time during the ordering process by editing the products in the shopping cart or your data at the checkout. By closing the browser, you can cancel the order process at any time.
You have the possibility to conclude contracts with us in German and English.
