1. Identity of the seller

2. Address of seller
This website informs you about the conditions and characteristics of the goods. The presentation of the goods is not a contractual offer, but a non-committal invitation to order goods. With your order (by phone, fax, e-mail or postal mail) you declare your contract offer to conclude a purchase contract. We will immediately confirm the receipt of your order. However, the confirmation of receipt does not represent acceptance of your offer. We are entitled to accept the offer in your order within two weeks. 4. Commodity price
All prices are final prices in € and include the legal VAT of currently 20% for all items. Temporary special offers are shown as such in the context of the presentation of the individual goods on our website and in our print media. Further details include our general terms and conditions.
5. Shipping and handling costs
In addition to the above-mentioned final prices, we also charge our delivery and shipping costs. The shipping costs may differ from country to country. We are happy to provide you with detailed information on the respective amount of the costs by e-mail.
6. Way of payment
The goods you ordered can be paid by bank transfer, credit card or COD. When paying by transfer, we deliver the ordered goods as soon as the payment has been received by us.
7. Right of withdrawal
The consumer has a right of withdrawal. The period begins on the day after receipt of the withdrawal notice. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your rescission within two weeks after receipt of the goods. The withdrawal does not need to be justified and explained in text form or by returning the goods. To meet the deadline, the timely dispatch of the declaration of withdrawal or of the goods is sufficient:
